Questions
How fast can I get it?
Most orders ship 2 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. Tell us your deadline and we'll make it work when we can.
What file should I send?
A PDF or high-resolution PNG/JPG at the final size works best. Logos as PDF, AI or SVG. If you only have a rough design, send it and we'll help.
How do I pay?
With your quote you get a secure card payment link. We start once it's paid and the proof is approved.
Do you ship everywhere?
Anywhere in the continental US. Very large orders that need freight are quoted separately.
Policies
Refunds, reprints & shipping
Every order is custom printed after you approve a proof, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the proof you approved, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint it or refund you in full. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Orders ship within the continental US with tracking; delivery times are estimates from the carrier.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to quote, print and ship your order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and artwork. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We don't sell or share your information, except with the printer and shipping carrier needed to complete your order. Email us anytime to have your information deleted.
Terms
Prices are quoted per order and include shipping unless your quote says otherwise. Payment is due before production. You confirm you have the rights to any artwork, logos or images you send us. Colors on screen can vary slightly from print. Questions about an order: theprintsprince1@gmail.com.
